Fuimos tres noches y pudimos disfrutar de las instalaciones. El hotel cuenta con desayuno incluido. El desayuno muy bueno, sin embargo, el plato principal me parece que es muy peque\u00f1o, si piden la opci\u00f3n con pinto sirven 1\/4 de taza de pinto. A pesar de que el hotel tiene cocina y ofrecen opciones para el almuerzo y la cena, el men\u00fa es muy poco variado, ofreciendo opciones limitadas. Almorzamos ah\u00ed el d\u00eda que llegamos, la comida estaba bien; sin embargo, nada espectacular como para volver almorzar o cenar ah\u00ed mismo. Las habitaciones son lindas, cama c\u00f3moda. El ba\u00f1o no tiene puerta del todo y en nuestra habitaci\u00f3n (la n\u00famero 5) hab\u00eda un problema en la ducha con el agua caliente, que muy amablemente trataron de solucionar al segundo d\u00eda de estar hospedados; sin embargo, no funcion\u00f3 y el agua sal\u00eda fr\u00eda y se empozaba el agua. Las habitaciones no cuentan con un mini refrigerador, lo cual es c\u00f3modo y \u00fatil,\u2019para poder tener agua o alguna bebida fr\u00eda. Sin embargo, los muchachos de servicio muy amables siempre nos facilitaron hielo para la hielera, lo cual nos ayud\u00f3 mucho. Nos permitieron utilizar las instalaciones de Aw\u0101 Beachfront Hotel, donde nos facilitaron toallas de playa y adicional cuenta con servicio de restaurante con un muy buen men\u00fa y la comida muy rica. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful\u2014we even lost a charger, and they managed to organize a replacement from town within just two hours. The restaurant is very good, though a bit on the expensive side. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby and Puerto Viejo reachable by car in under 15 minutes. Personally, I found going by bike too dangerous. A real highlight is the possibility to use the beach facilities of their partner hotel. The staff there were also very friendly, and thanks to a quick call from our receptionist, we had beach chairs reserved in the front row. There, you can dive straight into the ocean\u2014something you can\u2019t do directly at the beach of exotico beach. A stroll along the beach is also possible, and I even enjoyed a 20-minute run there in the morning, which was amazing. We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed the many possibilities the region has to offer. Would I come back? Het is een klein stukje lopen naar het bijna verlaten strand met wat versleten ligbedden.
